well today was a pretty nice day still really cold but it was nice and dry so I was flicking it round in the corners quite a bit.
And I must say it was brilliant. It just seems like it wants to lean in and flick itself out and go into the next one.
I also gave my mate a lift home. and it managed pretty well the accelaration was reduced quite a bit but once you're moving it's great it sat at 60ish quite happily.
the suspension was pretty squished as I didn't get a chance to stiffen it before we set off. but it was allright without.
I have now done 787 km's

Well today I had my first ever ride on the motorway on my hyosung.
And I was pretty impressed. It sat at 70mph no problem at all and had lots more power left for overtaking etc.
The journey back was rather scary as I decided to take sceinic route home as I'm not that fond of motorways a bit boring for my liking. so at one point I was overtaking some cars and entered the chevron'ed part in the center of the road and then the front went crazy I was shouting NO NO NO as I was thinking shit I'm about to drash my bike 2 weeks after getting it.
but I rolled off the throttle and gripped the tank with my legs and prayed. and it worked got to the end of the chevrons and pulled over in the first lay-by I came too. and then threw up I assume from the shock.
but the bike still carried on perfectly.
I have now done 647km's

starting my Hyosung Blog
Hello People,
I bought my hyosung gt250 from Bat Motorcycles in Biggin Hill (south london) on the 12th of November 2007.
I will continue this blog for the entire time that I own the Bike.
As Hyosung are very new to the market and need some solid reviews for people to go on when deciding to buy a new bike.
So...... so far I am pretty pleased over all. as it is now winter the roads are wet and slippery so the standard tires that come with the bike are so far proving to be quite dangerous as they don't seem to have much grip in the wet and the rear whell has locked up on me a couple of times now.
But in the dry they seem quite fine.
the fact that the tires are crap at the moment will partly be to do with the fact that they are brand new and therefore covered in oil from when they were manufactured so I will expect them to get better in due course.
this morning 20/11/2007 I noticed that there is a small hole in the exhaust.
It may not be a hole, I noticed it as it was cold this morning you could see the exhauset fumes coming out, it was coming from the joint between the silencer and the main pipes.
will investigate this further tomorrow.
Also today the gearbox developed a very loud 'clunk' when going into most of the gears.
I think this may be because I adjusted the clutch yesterday so I'll be changing it again tomorrow.
Other wise the bike is pretty powerfull for a beginner and is great for people like me who have a 2 year 33bhp restriction.
I have now done 513km or 319 miles.
